Forward purchase agreements for GPU systems
Agree the grade, quantity and price of GPU systems now, with physical delivery in a named month.
- System grade
- A reference grade plus each listed difference in CPU, memory, networking and certification. Air-cooled and liquid-cooled builds are separate grades.
- Quantity
- The number of systems or racks.
- Delivery
- Physical delivery in a named month, at a named location.
- Deposit
- Held by an independent escrow agent. The balance is due at delivery.
- Performance bond
- Posted by the seller to back its obligation to deliver.
- Rillor's role
- Seller, or arranging agent between buyer and seller. The agreement names which.
- Terms
- Negotiated per order.
Reference grades for GPU systems
Each agreement starts from one of these grades and lists every difference from it.

| HGX B200 8-GPU system | 8 × NVIDIA B200 | Server |
| HGX H200 8-GPU system | 8 × NVIDIA H200 | Server |
| HGX H100 8-GPU system | 8 × NVIDIA H100 | Server |
| GB300 NVL72 rack | 72 NVIDIA Blackwell Ultra GPUs and 36 NVIDIA Grace CPUs | Rack |
| GB200 NVL72 rack | 72 NVIDIA Blackwell GPUs and 36 NVIDIA Grace CPUs | Rack |
| AMD Instinct MI355X 8-GPU system | 8 × AMD Instinct MI355X | Server |
| PCIe inference servers | PCIe GPUs, count set by configuration | Server |
Specifications, testing and delivery for each system are on the GPU systems page.
Data-center capacity agreements
Reserve the power and space to run your systems, in fixed blocks, before the hardware arrives.
- Block size
- 250 kW, 500 kW or 1 MW of power, with the space to match.
- Cooling
- Liquid-cooled or rear-door cooled.
- Term
- 24 months as standard.
- Pricing
- Per kW-month.
- Sizing
- Matched to the GPU systems you are buying, by power draw and cooling grade.
Pair a capacity agreement with a forward purchase agreement to line up power and space with the delivery month. See GPU systems for the power and cooling each system needs.
Anatomy of an agreement
Who signs, who holds the deposit and what moves at delivery.
Diagram in words
The buyer and the seller both sign the forward purchase agreement. It names the system grade and its listed differences, the quantity, the delivery month and location, physical delivery, and Rillor's role. Rillor is either the seller or the arranging agent between buyer and seller.
At signing, the buyer pays a deposit to an independent escrow agent, which holds it and releases it as the agreement sets out. The seller posts a performance bond. At delivery, the seller delivers the systems and the buyer pays the balance.
From request to delivery
Four steps, from first request to delivered systems.
- RequestTell us the systems or capacity you need, the quantity, and the delivery month and location.
- Grade and quoteWe set the grade and its listed differences, screen the buyer and the end use, and quote price and terms.
- Sign and depositBuyer and seller sign. The deposit goes to the independent escrow agent, and the seller posts its performance bond.
- DeliverThe systems arrive in the agreed month, at the agreed location, and the balance is paid at delivery.
Who uses forward agreements
Teams that need GPU systems and the power to run them on a schedule.
AI labs
Systems for the next training cluster, at a price agreed today and a delivery month you can build around.
GPU cloud operators
Hardware and the power to run it, lined up behind capacity your customers have signed for.
Enterprises planning buildouts
GPU systems and data-center capacity for a private AI deployment, timed to your build schedule.
National and research compute programs
Systems of a set grade in a named delivery month, with the deposit held by an independent escrow agent.
