Forward agreements

A forward agreement fixes the terms of a purchase today for delivery later. For GPU systems, that means the grade, quantity, price and delivery month, agreed at signing, with physical delivery at a named location. For data-center capacity, it means power and space reserved in fixed blocks before the hardware arrives.

Work with us on forward agreements

Rillor offers forward purchase agreements for GPU systems, written against named reference grades from PCIe inference servers to GB300 NVL72 racks. The buyer's deposit sits with an independent escrow agent, and the seller posts a performance bond. Rillor acts as seller or as arranging agent, and the agreement names which. Capacity agreements come in 250 kW, 500 kW and 1 MW blocks, liquid-cooled or rear-door cooled, priced per kW-month on a 24-month standard term.
