Delivery-capability check: data-center capacity (owned or contracted), receiving address, NVIDIA channel eligibility.

Initial deposit placed in escrow via an independent agent by design. Pre-launch, settlement is handled by the team. Settlement currency: USD by default.

Browse, execute, settle. Founder-led account management for the first 12 months.

Gated pre-delivery transfer

A gated, OEM-approved, SKU-conditional exception, disabled by default. Where enabled, the original contract is cancelled and a new bilateral sale is fully re-papered with an incoming verified buyer who is re-KYC'd and re-screened. Not a tradeable position.
